HAVE A TESTIMONY❤️
Normally, I shop on Thursday and have our Share My Bread bags ready by Friday for Saturday outreach. But this week, everything that could go wrong seemed to go wrong. I even tried ordering online, but my computer kept shutting down and deleting everything. Thursday passed, Friday passed, and nothing was going according to my plan.
I didn’t understand it then, but I do now.
I originally planned to prepare 60 bags, then I increased it to 75. But God put 100 on my heart. I felt Him telling me, “Prepare 100. You’re going to give them all out.” So I stepped out on faith and prepared for 100.
Saturday morning, I went shopping using the funds we received from Christian Worship Outreach Center (CWOC). Around 7:30 a.m., I was at Walmart. I had only gotten the fruit and still needed the rest of our food and supplies.
I wanted a pack of T-shirts and a pack of socks for the people we serve. The T-shirts were $23, but because I still needed so many other things, I decided to leave them.
Then the woman standing behind me asked, “You feed the hungry?”
I said yes.
She said, “You can have everything in my wallet.”
She opened her wallet and had exactly $23—the exact amount needed for those T-shirts.
Then she asked for my phone number and told me she had been talking with a board that needed ONE MORE NONPROFIT to help.
That’s when it hit me.
If I had gone shopping Thursday, I wouldn’t have met her. If I had gone Friday, I wouldn’t have met her. If my computer had worked and my online order had gone through, I wouldn’t have been standing in that line at 7:30 Saturday morning.
What I called a delay, God used as a divine appointment. 
We went on to serve Waco, Temple, and Killeen.
And remember what God put on my heart: Prepare 100. You’re going to give them all out.
We did.
All 100 bags were given out. The hygiene products, socks, T-shirts and shoes were all gone.
And one part I will never forget: we met a young man who didn’t have any shoes.
Today, that young man has shoes. ❤️
Pastor, your support through CWOC helped us cover 100 people today with food, fresh fruit, hygiene products, socks, T-shirts and shoes. Your giving wasn’t just money—it became something people could eat, wear and use.
And I had worried that I didn’t buy enough fruit for 100 people. But after everyone was served, we still had plenty of apples, bananas, oranges, and turkey & cheese sticks left.
That made me think about the five loaves and two fish. Jesus fed the multitude, and there was still food left over.
I worried about whether there would be enough.
God provided MORE THAN ENOUGH. 
I planned for 60.
Then 75.
God said 100—and all 100 went out.
I thought Thursday and Friday were going wrong.
God was setting up Saturday.
And now we’re taking another step of faith. Starting next week, Share My Bread will serve two days a week again—Saturday AND Sunday.

The delay had a purpose.
The $23 had a purpose.
The 100 bags had a purpose.
The shoes had a purpose.
The connection had a purpose.
I had my schedule. God had His plan.
